研究方向

腸道菌群的紊亂和肥胖以及代謝綜合征有着密切的關系。腸道菌群可以作為防治肥胖的新的靶目标,通過益生元、益生菌來糾正腸道菌群紊亂,能夠改善代謝綜合征。課題組主要以腸道菌群為靶點,采用微生物組學和代謝組學,系統分析中藥引起腸道菌群組成、功能基因、代謝産物的改變,通過機體-細胞-分子等多層次研究,明确中藥、代謝産物、腸道菌群與疾病之間複雜的協同作用分子機制,建立利用腸道菌群評估植物藥療效技術方法,為中藥對疾病的預防治療提供理論依據,為以腸道菌群為靶點的新型藥物的研發提供科學支撐。
